Visiting Orihuela

BLOG DURING THE TRIP
My day started off good on Sunday, woke up
at 8:30, I took a shower and had breakfast with Jorge and his family. We left
the house I think around 9:30. We got to Santa Barbara castle, and we had to
park like 2km away from the castle because there was no parking space. After we
parked, we walked to the castle and explored the castle. When we got to the top
of the castle, we saw the view of the city of Alicante and how beautiful it is.
We didn’t get a tourist guide because I think we were late.
The following are
some of the pictures
The next day, I woke up at 7, got ready and
caught the bus. We went to the school, met some teachers, and did a tour around
the school. After that we took a picture in front of the school with everyone
participating in the Erasmus program. When we were done touring and everything,
we went to the mudic museum. I can’t even lie they had some interesting stuff
in the museum. We saw how the plasma ball works, it works when the electrode at
the center of a plasma ball emits a high-frequency, high-voltage alternating
electric current. This current flows through the plasma filaments to create
colorful tendrils of light. The colors depend upon the gases used inside the
plasma ball. Common gases include neon, argon, xenon, and krypton. And we saw a
lot of interesting science stuff that was explained.
This is the most I remember we did and it
was very interesting.
