Orihuela, Spain

First post by Júlíana Þurý Sól Andrésdóttir Today we arrived at the school at eight o'clock and we got such a welcome. T hen we were put into groups to see the school. We looked at the school and the school grounds. When we had finished looking at the school we went on the bus to the science museum.  At the museum we looked at a lot of things, but my favourite was looking through things with a microscope . We had lunch after the museum and it was very good, especially the dessert it was amazing. A lso, I didn’t know that in Spain people have five meals in a day, so I learned something new today but after lunch we had free time for about three hours and during that time we went to the mall in Orihuela called Ociopia. At seven o'clock everyone in the Erasmus+ project had to meet at the school and there we looked at Jupiter, Saturn and the moon under a telescope . And every one had a good time.

First blog by Nana Yaw Anim Somuah BLOG DURING THE TRIP My day started off good on Sunday, woke up at 8:30, I took a shower and had breakfast with Jorge and his family. We left the house I think around 9:30. We got to Santa Barbara castle, and we had to park like 2km away from the castle because there was no parking space. After we parked, we walked to the castle and explored the castle. When we got to the top of the castle, we saw the view of the city of Alicante and how beautiful it is. We didn’t get a tourist guide because I think we were late. The following are some of the pictures The next day, I woke up at 7, got ready and caught the bus. We went to the school, met some teachers, and did a tour around the school. After that we took a picture in front of the school with everyone participating in the Erasmus program. When we were done touring and everything, we went to the mudic museum. I can’t even lie they had some interesting stuff in the museum. We saw how the plasma

First blog by Amelia Zarebska We landed in Alicante at 20:00 and had a lot of fun on the airplane. We slept well and played Uno. When we arrived in Orihuela, we went to our family's place which made me a little anxious but very excited. They were all really sweet. When we arrived home, we had dinner and went to sleep.   On the first full day, we went to Alicante. Everyone arrived early except me and Ariandna because we woke up late, so we drove straight to the mall to meet up with the rest of the group. It was very nice to meet everyone.   On Monday, we arrived at school at 8:00. We were welcomed by the school and split into two groups. We had to do some exercises together, the funniest one was when we had to make an animal sound - how it sounds in Spain vs in Iceland. After that, we got a tour of the school and we were all very surprised by how big the school is.   Then, we took a bus to the MUDIC museum. We got a tour of the museum and Jorge translated everything bec
